Trading Signals Subscription – TradeFlow / TradeFlow Advisors

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to, accessing, or using any services provided by TradeFlow / TradeFlow Advisors (“TradeFlow”), including trading signals, analysis, or educational content, the subscriber (“Member”) confirms full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not proceed with payment or use of services.

2. Nature of Services

TradeFlow provides market research, trading signals, analysis, and educational content for informational purposes only.

• TradeFlow does not guarantee profits or returns
• Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk, including loss of capital
• All trading decisions are made solely by the Member at their own responsibility

3. Membership & Subscription

• All TradeFlow services are offered on a prepaid subscription basis
• Subscriptions are valid only for the selected duration
• Packages, pricing, access levels, features, and benefits may be modified, closed, or discontinued at any time without prior notice
• Promotional offers or discounts are time-bound and may be withdrawn at TradeFlow’s discretion

4. Upgrade Policy

• Members may upgrade their subscription by paying the difference amount between the current plan and the desired plan
• Downgrades are not permitted during an active subscription
• If a package is closed, upgrades may be allowed solely at TradeFlow management’s discretion

5. NO REFUND POLICY – ZERO DAYS

STRICTLY NO REFUNDS

All subscriptions, services, and digital products offered by TradeFlow / TradeFlow Advisors are NON-REFUNDABLE.

• NO REFUND – ZERO DAYS
• Once payment is made, no refund, reversal, cancellation, or chargeback will be entertained under any circumstances

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Dissatisfaction with service or results
• Market losses or missed trades
• Failure to follow signals or guidance
• Non-usage or inactivity
• Suspension or termination due to policy violations

All payment gateway charges, bank fees, taxes, and transaction costs are non-refundable.

By making payment, the Member explicitly waives any right to a refund. All sales are final and binding.

6. Payments & Identity Policy

• Payments must be made only from the subscriber’s own name and account
• Third-party payments are strictly prohibited

❌ No cash deposits

If any violation is detected, TradeFlow reserves the right to terminate the subscription immediately without refund and permanently restrict access.

7. Non-Reproduction & Non-Distribution

All TradeFlow signals, content, analysis, and materials are for personal use only.

The Member agrees not to:

• Copy, record, resell, share, forward, or redistribute any content
• Publish or leak private group material
• Share login credentials or impersonate TradeFlow representatives

Violation will result in immediate termination without refund and may lead to legal action.

8. Termination by TradeFlow

8.1 Grounds for Termination

TradeFlow may terminate a subscription without prior notice if a Member:

• Violates these Terms & Conditions
• Misuses TradeFlow services
• Makes false, misleading, or defamatory statements
• Engages in unethical, abusive, or disruptive behavior
• Repeats non-compliance after warning

8.2 Finality

All termination decisions made by TradeFlow are final and binding.

9. Effect of Termination

• Access to all TradeFlow services will cease immediately
• The Member remains responsible for managing any open trades or positions
• No refund or compensation shall be provided

10. Risk Disclosure & No Guarantee

• Trading involves market risk
• Past performance is not indicative of future results
• TradeFlow makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, profitability, or outcomes

11. Limitation of Liability

TradeFlow / TradeFlow Advisors, its analysts, management, or affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Direct or indirect financial losses
• Trading decisions taken by Members
• Technical issues, delays, outages, or communication failures

12. Intellectual Property

All content including signals, reports, charts, videos, branding, logos, and written material is the exclusive intellectual property of TradeFlow / TradeFlow Advisors and is protected under applicable laws.

13. Modification of Terms

TradeFlow reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
